Overview
Tusheti- historic region in Georgia famous for its high mountain villages and towers is Located in Kakheti region, 900-4800 m above sea level. Administrative center of Tusheti is the village Omalo . Tusheti is inscribed in the tentative list of the UNESCO world heritage.
Itinerary
Arrival in Tbilisi - pick up from the airport and drop off at the hotel. Free evening in Tbilisi.
Departure at 8 AM. It will take about 7 hours to reach Tusheti.
Overnight in the tents or in the Guesthouse.
Omalo will be our basecamp at 1800 masl.
After breakfast riding to village Dartlo. The place is famous for its medieval houses and towers. Enjoying mountain views. Return to the Omalo.

Start in the morning after breakfast.
Visit historical villages Shenako , Diklo and ruins of Diklo Castle.
Return to the Omalo
Riding distance 20 km, Minimal altitude: 1800 m; Maximal Altitude: 2140 m
After breakfast, start riding to the Makratela Ridge 3100 masl. There you can enjoy spectacular views on the Pirikiti and Gometsari valleys, also peaks of Caucasus Range. Return to the Omalo

After breakfast start riding to the Oreti Lake, at 2650 meters above sea level.
The lake is fed by small streams. The water is very cold and deep. From Lake Oreti you can enjoy wonderful views of all three valleys of Tusheti - Gometsari,Pirikita and Chaghma.
