Overnight in Borjomi/Likani
We are ascending all day long, however, there are relatively horizontal
sections giving some rest. On the way we will enjoy
the panoramic views of the coniferous forest of Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park.
First day distance is 13 km. Overnight in the tents or Lomismta Shelter.
Minimal altitude: 930 m; Maximal Altitude: 1800 m
This day is longer ,on the trail, you will see shepherd’s summer farms. The
path ascends Lomistma, goes along the ridge to Amarati tourist shelter. In good
weather from Lomismti we can enjoy the wonderful panoramic views of the peaks of
the Central Caucasus. Overnight in the tents or Amarati Shelter.
Minimal altitude: 1800 m; Maximal Altitude: 2200 m.
Last day of the trail is easier. The trail descends all day long and gets to
Atskuri ranger station. On this day we can enjoy the views of the Mtkvari river Valley.
Maximal Altitude: 1800 m. Minimal altitude: 900 m

Depart from Borjomi/Likani
on the way stop in Mtskheta - visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.
Arrive in Tbilisi, old city tour.
Checkin in Hotel.
Overnight Tbilisi.
